Lookie what I got!

My Gift

I cannot wait to start! Tomorrow morning I’m signing my life away to Crossfit Ventura. Hee hee. I was seriously surprised. Hubby continually outdoes himself every year. Awesome for me, but I never can give him stuff to equal it. He doesn’t want anything.

This was a very nice, simple Christmas. We spent the Eve at home, had breakfast for dinner, the kids opened their one gift which is always jammies and went to church with my mom.

Christmas Day we opened gifts and the kids talked us into McDonalds for breakfast. We decided that should be a new tradition. :-) Then we went to hubby’s sisters house for tamales and enchiladas, etc. It’s always a nice relaxing time there and as the kids get older it gets more fun. The cousins can play together better every year. They gave my kids marshmallow shooters and they were a big hit! Marshmallows everywhere!!!

Sarah Darth Gloves

Sarah was trying on Tanner’s Darth Vader Gloves in this picture. hee hee I’m sure she’ll love that I’m posting this!

We came home and started getting dinner ready for my sister, bil and mom. We had a lovely evening and the dinner I created was pretty good. I was going to make prime rib, but HELLO! $40 for a piece of meat? So I did tri-tip instead and it was yummy.

All in all, a nice time with everyone. Now, I’m off to make some resolutions. I never make them and usually preach against them, but this year I feel inclined to make some improvements. There’s nothing super deep or life changing, but more along the lines of self-discipline and less procrastination.

So, I hope YOU all had a great Holiday with family and friends, that you remember WHY we actually celebrate this day (Son of God?) and that 2009 brings you joy, peace and love in all that you do!

See you in the new year!

    Hi,
I have been thinking about your workout offer. I totally want to , but money and time are an issue. I have some money put back for a raining day and i was thinking the best use would be to use it to get healthy.Im not a stocker I promise, but I think I have seen you at my Gym in the early A.M. and I asked Jenn and she said you did work out at LA.If you are still at L.A would you be interested in working out with me three mornings a week For $12 an hour???
    God Bless,
