I did a very mellow tabata workout yesterday and added in a few deadlifts just to check the back. I also read this article from Rippetoe and applied that to my situation. Things seemed pretty good. I went to CFV today and did a Hang Clean / Pull Up workout and all went well. I set a low number of rounds to make sure I was ok and got a little above that. I also read this article from Rippetoe and applied that to my situation. The worst part was that i had set up a box that was too high so the stepping up was the part that stressed my back. I’m feeling almost normal now. Woo hoo. My diet has been crap for a couple of days though. Argh. Got to get back to seious on that ASAP.

Although, this weekend there will be celebration. SOMEONE is turning a year older.
Things are looking up!
