mrs.b 15-12-9 Kettlebell’s 35# Pull Ups Burpees 10:07 (I think) I could take a lot off my time if I could get my pull up rhythm. Kb’s and burpees were all unbroken, cept maybe the last 4 burpees. I like pull ups but they are my biggest goat.
