Pull Ups/ Dips/ Sit Ups

AMRAP in 30 Minutes 5 PU 5 Dips 15 Sit Ups My total: 15 Rounds+5 PU+5 Dips+15 Sit Ups Dips were a “goat” for a long while, but aren’t anymore. I’m almost able to do them unassisted! Now, sit ups need work. I’m so slow.
