Snack: 1 Cheese stick, 1/2 C applesauce, Almonds

Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1/2 C Bran Cereal, 1/2 C Grapes, Almond Butter

Lunch: Chicken Burger, Cucumber w/Tahini dressing

Snack: 1/2 Balance Bar

Dinner: Asian Chicken Salad @ Red Robin, 1/4 pita

Snack: chocolate milk
