Back Squat / Tabata

Back Squat @ 60% of 1 rep Max- 85#
2X10 w/ 30s rest in between 2′s

Tabata:
Kettlebells (started with 53# then switched to 35# ) Lowest #: 10
Box Jumps 20″ lowest #: 8

Both stayed consistent all the way, after I switched to 35#.
On the 53#…first one I got 8, then 5 and that was it. That sucker is heavy!
