Had a great team workout this morning. All the equipment is the wreckage of things we had to carry 200m, then do 10 pull ups. There were 14 items, dumbbells had to be held in the hands and medicine balls overhead. Anytime we dropped we had to do 2 burpees. I only did 4 burpees. [...]
