New Challenges

I’m excited to announce that I have a new goal! I mean, I always have standing goals which change every so often, but I’ve been a bit stalled on pushing towards some of the fitness goals with recovery from surgery, then shortly after that I got sick and blah, blah, blah. Anyway, I’ve got a team and we’re going to rock THIS challenge.

I’m excited to have a little bump to step up my game and focus a little more on progress rather than maintenance. I’m cooking a bunch of food today and I just bought a big ‘ole bottle of fish oil. So far I have made pumpkin pancakes. The meat is thawing and I will be making omelet muffins, too. My biggest problem is planning so I’m really going to work on that so I don’t derail myself with being unprepared.
