2010 Is Creeping In

I’ve decided to make some resolutions. I don’t really like the idea of them. I’ve always held to the thought of “why put off to tomorrow what you can do today”, especially when it comes to health.

I’m making a running list. These are not goals, per se, but more things I want to commit to, to become a better person and maybe inspire some others to do the same.

So here goes:

1. Post Daily on my blog…food, workouts and misc. life stuff.
2. Cut sugar from my diet, except for PLANNED free meals.
3. Be proactive with building Crossfit Kids, making it the best kids program around.
4. Work on my organization skills.
5. Work on my planning skills. (see #4)

I’m actually excited about this year. I’m not sure why. It’s the last year of my 30′s. Eek! I think I love this stage of my kids so much. Seeing them become adults is such a mixture of excitement and anticipation with a little sadness. It’s like reading a book that no one has read and the story unfolding is a major page turner.

So all the best to you, readers, for this new year.

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
May the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And, until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.

Just catching up on your blog. You’ve posted a lot since Dec 15th.

All sugar? Or just refined? Brent and I are cutting all processed food for 6 months with the exception of Ezekiel bread which could be debated as to wether or not it’s processed.
