5-6 Large Frozen strawberries 1/2-1 Cup almond milk 3 Tbl. Protein Powder (I used Myoplex chocolate) Blend Yummy! Really, it’s a protein smoothie, but I put it in a bowl and re-freeze it. Makes me feel like I’m having ice cream.

mrs.b I don’t have a problem calling what we eat a “diet”. The word has gotten a bad rep. So we calling it “eating plan” or “meal plan”. Why? Everyone is on a diet. Whatever YOU eat is your diet. But, this has GOT to stop! Seriously! I’m not anti-Taco Bell, but this is just ridiculous.
