One of the acting techniques I studied in college is called The Meisener Technique and one of the phrases my acting teacher always said was "be in the moment". It had a huge impact on my thoughts then and occasionally I still think of it. I have a silver bracelet that I have been meaning to have engraved with those words yet I've always been too distracted to have it done. Maybe I will now. Thanks. xoxo Oh yeah.
