She’s a heavy one!

Workout:

On the minute, every minute for 20 minutes:
5 Heavy KBS (53#)
5 Strict Burpees for height (this means no flop and big jump)

I made it the whole way doing all reps. At minute 10 my pushups went to knees but I maintained a 30 sec round everytime, which gave me 30 sec to “rest”. Miinute 15 proved to be my breaking point and I REALLY wanted to quit. Thankfully my coach was there and didn’t let me. Now I know I can swing the 53# for real. Sweet.
