B3. SA DB Rows @ 2111; 6-8 reps/arm x 5; rest 45 sec
C. 100 Double Unders for time; rest 3 minutes x 3 sets

Monday is usually my best day to workout. Those rest days really help. :-) I felt strong and this was a repeat but with added sets from last week. I was able to increase all my weights on all the movements. It helped that a friend came and did part of it with me and pushed me a bit.
I’m not sure what was up with the first set of double unders, but did the 2nd unbroken and the 3rd got 98/2.
