Had more fun playing with muscle ups this time. A friend was there to help and give tips so that was nice. I just need to get on the rings more often. With as much time as I’ve been doing 53# KBS and hspu maybe I can get the muscle ups dialed in enough to do “Nate”? Hmmmm…

Intervals complete…Still so happy with my rowing improvements!! Yay!!
