25 Double Unders

Results:

A1.115-145-155-165 ouch
A2. 65-75-85-95 all 8 reps

I can’t find my list for the middle part.
Pretty consistently: 9 hip extensions, 6 dips and 4 pull ups

Only did 6 minutes of double unders, got a crazy side ache.
