Working Out Again

Did an easy little workout today. I’m really just trying to get back in the game, slowly.

Back Squat 3-2-1-3-2-1

All sets felt pretty easy. I squatted to a box to make sure I’m not putting my lower back into too much extension and triggering the sciatica or whatever is going on there.

Incline Bench Rows 3 sets of 12 @ 18#

Not easy but not really hard

10 KB Thrusters 18#
10 Strict Pull Ups (red band)
10 Ring Push Ups

Everything felt hard on this. Probably the late night and the drinks.
