Super Coffee!!

I love my coffee. I’m a 1 cup a day girl…most days. But, it’s a serious cup.

Here’s how it goes down…

4 Tablespoons coconut Cream
1 Tablespoon coconut Oil
2 teaspoons chia seeds (optional)
Heat these three up in the microwave
Add this mixture and brewed coffee to a blender
Add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend, pour, & enjoy!

This keeps me full for hours.
