My 2012 “Reading” List

I used to have an attention span.

I used to read actual books…you know, words on pages.

That has changed.

When I became a mom and went back to teaching, things got crazy and I started listening to audio books. Now, I love them and find it really hard to read an actual book. Part of the issue is that I feel guilty. I know that while listening to a book I can do dishes, fold laundry, vacuum, etc. I can accomplishing the things I hate doing, while doing something I want to do.

No guilt.

When I sit and read a book nothing else gets done.

Guilt.

I’m a recovering Catholic. (It’s just a joke.)

So, my reading list for this year (so far) includes mostly audio books. What are you reading? I need a few good health and fitness recommendations.
